中華民國結構工程學會於民國98年及100年，以日本建築學會所出版的「鋼筋混凝土構造配筋指針同解說」為藍本，參考國內相關的設計與施工規範以及工程設計實務，兩次編修出版「鋼筋混凝土房屋結構配筋準則」乙書，提供工程實務界進行配筋設計的參考。但鑒於國內RC結構的許多施工問題肇因於未能落實執行現場施工監造與品管工作，其原因有時為施工者對於設計圖說的理解錯誤，或者工地品管人員疏於施工檢查，有時則為現場監造人員的經驗不足，而無法迅速而立即的導正施工缺失，此些都會造成施工品質不良，甚至產生影響結構安全的嚴重問題。本書共計六章，內容包括：序論、RC配筋要點、材料、施工品質自主檢查、施工常見缺失與對策處理以及RC結構之發展、研究與試驗等，圖文並茂，學產兼蓄，頗符合國內目前鋼筋混凝土工程配筋施工之所需。

How did terms like "Asia," "Eurasia," "Indochina," "Pacific Rim" or "Australasia" originate and evolve, and what are their connections to the built environment?
